Book Review: Fix Your Period

June's book was Fix Your Period by Nicole Jardim. I read this book while doing Nicole's Harness Your Hormones protocol. It was great to follow the protocol along with this book. 

Fix Your Period is a six-week guide to essentially fix your period. Each week is a slow transition into an anti-inflammatory lifestyle while also cycle syncing. The Fix Your Period protocol can help with moodiness, cramps, bloating, and other PMS symptoms. If you experience painful periods, this book is an amazing resource to follow. 

Now let's talk about Nicole Jardim. Nicole is a Certified Women's Health Coach. She is also the founder of the Fix Your Period Collective, which is a membership that outlines a clear roadmap for your personal healing journey.
