Happy 2024! I am so ready to start a new year. 2023 was all around a really rough year for myself, my family, my friends, my boyfriend, and really everyone it seems. So as we ring in a new year, my affirmations for every is 2024 will be full of love, joy, and kindness for yourself and everyone in your life. In order to start the year off right, I created a resolutions list (I will probably stick to them for 1 month and forget I ever wrote them lol). I created two separate lists, one for those basic resolutions that everyone has and one for my period health.
