Maybe you've used a period tracker before or maybe you're new to tracking your cycle. Either way, I have an app for you! It's called Stardust and it is the best period tracker out there. 

I still use Natural Cycles Birth Control to track my ovulation with basal body temperature, but I use Stardust to track my symptoms more in-depth. Stardust has a lot more tracking options than traditional apps and even has a label for endo pain, mac and cheese cravings, impulsive haircuts, doomscrolling, and many more. 

You can also connect with your friends to see their cycles and share your cycle with your partner. This option is super cool if you and your friends have similar cycles or completely opposite cycles. It is also helpful if you like to support your endo-warrior friends during their periods. My partner and I use the partner view on Natural Cycles and it's very helpful and informative. I love that Stardust really deep dives into the "moon cycle" narrative around periods. It even goes as far as showing the moon cycles for each day of the month and labeling your specific "moon cycle" and what it means. For example, my cycle type is a white witch, meaning my period is synced to the new moon. 

Stardust also has a paid version which offers a more in-depth view of your cycle. The paid version includes "deep cycle phases, symptom-decoding, guidance around sex, diet, mind, and body, and so much more." There is a lot of useful knowledge around cycles included as well. The best part is 2% of proceeds go to organizations that support women!
