I bet you've seen this trendy product all over the internet! Well, guess what I did? I tried it! Not only did I try it, but I also used it for a whole year. Why did I stop using it, you ask. Read more to find out!
For those of you who don't know about Flo, let me give you some information about the brand. Flo is a PMS vitamin, known for reducing PMS symptoms such as cramps, acne, and mood swings. Flo is also plant-powered, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Flo has a gummy (which is super yummy) and a pill (for a sugar-free option).
Flo is made with chaste berry (for acne and mood swings), lemon balm (for cramps, digestion, and stress), vitamin B6 (for mood swings and cravings), and Dong Quai (for cramps and bloating).
Flo was created by a sister-brother team working to reduce PMS symptoms, which I just love! The brother actually has the same name as my brother!
I have tried both the gummy and the pill, each for 6 months. I had decent results with Flo. I started it after I quit taking birth control. I took Flo for a long time and didn't personally see any improvement in my PMS symptoms, other than my acne. This could be because I have endometriosis and not "normal" PMS symptoms.
If you struggle with hormonal acne, cramps, and/or mood swings, I would recommend trying Flo. Flo has worked for a lot of women and could work for you.

Now, why did I stop taking Flo?
I stopped taking Flo because it wasn't improving many of my symptoms. I found products that worked much better for my body and decided to end my time with Flo as a result.
I still love Flo as a company! I love their mission and all their efforts to make PMS better for those who suffer. I would 100% recommend that you research Flo and possibly even give it a try.

Flo is actually a part of O Positive, which also has a bunch of other products! They have a multivitamin (Disco), a glowing skin vitamin (retro), a prebiotic fiber gummy (gogo), an immunity vitamin (gtfo), a metabolism booster (moto), a prebiotic chew (flo-biotics), and a menopause vitamin (meno).
They really have something for everyone! I hope you give one of their products a try!
Happy Menstruating!
